Gbaazi's Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the Gbaazi online betting platform and its users. By accessing our services through the Gbaazi website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Gbaazi is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. Our services are available in multiple countries worldwide, though access may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to legal requirements. It is the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

These terms are provided in Bengali for the convenience of our users. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

To register on Gbaazi, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and such accounts may be terminated at any time.

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you must submit one of the following identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (for users aged 18 and above)

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. Gbaazi may request additional documentation at any time.

To open an account and place bets on Gbaazi, you must be at least 18 years This is required. Gbaazi's services are not available to minors.

Gbaazi may request proof of age at any time. Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. The following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Are not a resident of a country where online betting is prohibited by law
• Has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts of their own free will
• Have not previously been banned by Gbaazi

When placing bets on Gbaazi, the following rules apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, where the Cash Out feature is available, you may close a bet early under specific conditions.

Odds in betting markets are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are final, unless you have the better-odds setting enabled, in which case your bet may be accepted at improved odds. If a bet is voided for any reason before or during a match, your stake will be returned.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, bet settlement will follow Gbaazi's own rules. Each sport has its own specific rules, which are detailed on the platform.

Gbaazi supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum limits depend on your account level and verification status.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. During peak periods or for larger amounts, processing may take longer.

• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same account used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• Gbaazi may carry out additional verification to prevent money laundering
• Accounts may be temporarily frozen in the event of suspicious transactions

Gbaazi regularly offers welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, and special promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

Withdrawing a bonus generally requires meeting the wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ten times the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

• Each user is entitled to claim each promotion once only
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage and bonus hunting — is strictly prohibited
• A minimum odds requirement may apply to bonus bets (typically 1.5+)
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus balance will be cancelled upon expiry
• Gbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gbaazi platform. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Match Fixing: Betting on a match you are personally involved in or have inside knowledge of
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to place opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit
• Software Misuse: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Exploiting Technical Advantages: Exploiting system bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle for money laundering
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or for any other purpose
• False Information: Providing false or fabricated information during registration or verification

Gbaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents
• Raising a chargeback or payment dispute
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure. However, your original deposited funds and any legitimate winnings will be returned, unless they have been confiscated due to a breach of these terms.

Users can also close their account at any time — contact our support team or enable self-exclusion from your account settings.

Gbaazi is committed to responsible betting. Betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We want every user to enjoy betting in a healthy and enjoyable way.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given period
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you stay active in a single session
• Cooling-off: Take a break from betting for a set period
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for 6 months or more
